Sweepix Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the Sweepix: Gallery Cleaner mobile app (iOS and Android), owned by Ahmet AYDIN (AA Studio). By downloading or using the app you accept these terms; if you don't accept them, you should not use the app.
How your personal data is processed is explained in the Privacy Policy.
The Service
Sweepix is a tool that helps you review and organize the photos and videos in your gallery and delete the ones you don't need. Core features are free; some tools require Premium. We may change, add or remove features over time.
License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive and limited license to use the app for personal purposes on devices you own or control. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, rent or sell the app or use it for unlawful purposes. All rights in the app and its content belong to Ahmet AYDIN.
Deleting and Backups
- Sweepix never deletes anything without your confirmation. Deletion decisions are yours; deleted items may be removed permanently according to your operating system's rules.
- Suggestions for similar, blurry or unnecessary content are automatic estimates and can be wrong. Always check before deleting.
- We recommend backing up your important photos and videos regularly.
- Private Vault content is stored encrypted on your device only. If you delete the app, lose your device or forget your vault passcode, this content may not be recoverable.
Premium, Subscriptions and Lifetime Purchase
- Premium is offered as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription or as a one-time Lifetime purchase. The current price is shown in the app in your country's currency before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
- A subscription renews automatically for the same period at the then-current price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- An introductory price (for example a discounted first month) applies only to eligible users and only for the stated period; the regular price applies afterwards.
- You can manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and Premium stays on until then. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Lifetime is a one-time payment and never renews; it gives access to Premium features for as long as the app is offered.
- You can restore purchases on other devices of the same platform with the same store account using "Restore purchase". Purchases are not transferred between iOS and Android.
- Price changes are announced in advance according to the stores' rules.
Refunds
Because payments are collected by Apple and Google, refund requests are subject to each store's refund rules. For App Store purchases use reportaproblem.apple.com; for Google Play purchases see the Google Play refund policy. Your rights under applicable consumer law are not affected.
Additional Terms for Apple Users
If you downloaded the app from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) also applies. These terms are between you and Ahmet AYDIN; we, not Apple, are responsible for the app, its maintenance and support. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms.
Ads
The free version contains third-party ads. Advertisers are responsible for the products and services shown in their ads. Premium users see no ads.
Limitation of Liability
The app is provided "as is" and is not guaranteed to work without interruption or errors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from deleted or lost data, service interruptions or errors in analysis results, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the last 12 months. These limitations do not affect liability for intent or gross negligence or consumer rights that cannot be limited by law.
Termination
If you breach these terms, your right to use the app may end. You can stop using the app anytime by deleting it; if you have an active subscription, you must also cancel it in your store settings.
Changes
We may update these terms when needed. The current version is always published on this page with its update date. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. For consumers in Türkiye, consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts have jurisdiction. Consumers living in another country keep the rights granted by the mandatory consumer protection rules of that country and the right to bring proceedings in the courts of their own country.
